Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

This policy explains what information ProbateTracker ("we," "us") collects through probatetracker.us and our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request our free resources we collect your first name and email address. When you buy the Florida Executor Playbook we collect the information needed to complete the order: your name, email address, and billing details. When you email us we keep the correspondence.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages and emails collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and whether an email was opened or a link clicked. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Information from other sources. Some of our outreach is sent to personal representatives whose appointment appears in public court records. Where we do this, the contact information comes from public records and licensed data providers, not from tracking you. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you asked for (the free resources or the Playbook kit and its 12 months of updates), to respond when you contact us, to send relevant emails about Florida probate and our products, to process payments and refunds, and to understand what parts of our site and emails are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run the business: a payment processor (Stripe), email and customer-management platforms, and website hosting and analytics. They receive only what they need to do their job and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Email choices

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent for marketing email. If you are a customer, we may still send transactional messages tied to your purchase, such as delivery emails, update notifications, and refund confirmations.

Retention

We keep customer records as long as needed to honor the purchase, the update commitment, and our legal and tax obligations. We keep prospect records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where we must keep a record for legal, tax, or refund-dispute purposes.

Children

Our website and products are for adults handling estate administration. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting customers will also be announced by email.

The Florida Executor Playbook is operational guidance, not legal advice. ProbateTracker is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Any attorney review refers only to a limited review of the Playbook for Florida probate legal accuracy as of the review date; it does not create an attorney-client relationship with the reviewing attorney and is not a guarantee of outcome, completeness, or suitability for any specific estate. For legal questions about your estate, consult a licensed Florida probate attorney.
