These terms govern your use of probatetracker.us and your purchase of the Florida Executor Playbook (the "Playbook kit"). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The Playbook kit is a digital product: the Florida Executor Playbook PDF plus the bundled bonus resources described on the sales page, delivered by email and download link after purchase. It is educational and informational material for personal representatives handling a Florida probate. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by purchasing it. The Disclaimer page is part of these terms.
2. Price and payment
The Playbook kit is a one-time purchase of $97 USD, processed by Stripe. Prices may change in the future; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. You are responsible for any bank or card fees your institution charges.
3. Refunds
Every purchase carries our 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee, described in full on the Refund Policy page, which is part of these terms.
4. Updates
Your purchase includes 12 months of updates to the Playbook kit. When we revise the materials, we will send the updated files or download access to the email address on your order. Keeping that email address current is your responsibility.
5. License and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Playbook kit for the administration of an estate you are personally involved in. You may print copies for your own use and share relevant excerpts with your attorney, your CPA, and the beneficiaries of that estate.
You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or post the materials publicly, use them to provide paid services to third parties, or strip them for content to build a competing product. The materials are protected by copyright, and we retain all rights not expressly granted.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that any step you take in an actual probate is correct for your case, on the current law, in your county, with your attorney where appropriate. Florida law imposes fiduciary duties on personal representatives; nothing in the Playbook kit transfers or reduces those duties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the Playbook kit are provided "as is." We work hard to keep the materials accurate and current, but we make no warranty that they are error-free, complete, or suited to your specific estate, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent Florida law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProbateTracker's total liability for any claim arising out of the site or the Playbook kit is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from actions you take or do not take in a probate proceeding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Before filing anything, email us; nearly every issue can be resolved directly, and refunds are approved without friction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Changes do not retroactively reduce the refund rights or update commitment attached to a completed purchase.
