How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout (or include your order confirmation) and say you would like a refund. That is the entire process.
What happens next
We approve refund requests within 24 hours, usually faster. The refund goes back to your original payment method for the full purchase price. Once we issue it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post it; that timing is theirs, not ours.

- Because the kit is digital, there is nothing to return. We ask that after a refund you delete your copies and stop using the materials, and a refunded purchase ends the 12-month update commitment.
